Description
The Basilica of Bom Jesus is a 16th century UNESCO World Heritage site located in Old Goa, and is home to the remains of St. Francis Xavier. It is known for its stunning baroque architecture, and through my depiction of the church, I tried to maintain the style and raw colour.
Please note that each piece is an original artwork, hand-pressed by me.
Linocut printing is a printmaking technique where an image is carved into a sheet of linoleum, inked, and then pressed onto paper to create an original print.
The artwork will be carefully wrapped in light butter paper and packed in a protective cardboard sleeve or tube.
